Monza
Italian Grand Prix
The Autodromo Nazionale Monza is one of the most historic and revered circuits in Formula 1, hosting the legendary Italian Grand Prix. Located just north of Milan in the beautiful Royal Park of Monza, the track has been part of the Formula 1 World Championship since the series began in 1950. Known as the “Temple of Speed,” Monza is famous for its ultra-fast layout and its passionate crowd of Ferrari supporters, the iconic Tifosi, who create one of the most electric atmospheres in motorsport.
Monza’s layout is built for speed, featuring long straights separated by heavy braking chicanes that challenge both drivers and engineers. Cars run with extremely low downforce to maximize top speed, making the slipstream and DRS particularly powerful tools during the race. Legendary corners such as the Curva Grande, the Lesmo turns, and the famous Parabolica demand bravery and precision as drivers push their cars to the limit at some of the highest speeds seen all season.
The Italian Grand Prix at Monza is one of the most passionate events in Formula 1. Thousands of fans pack the grandstands and line the fences throughout the historic parkland circuit, creating a sea of red Ferrari flags and unforgettable energy. With its rich history, high-speed racing, and unique atmosphere, Monza remains one of the true classics of the Formula 1 calendar and a race every driver dreams of winning.
